使用 SwitchResX 即可单独设置外接显示器分辨率  

注: SwitchResX 只有10天的试用时间, 也不会有提示, 如果超过试用时间后即无法修改货保存已有设置或新增设置, 此时可以新建一个用户, 然后在其中修改设置
