Every day Maya Jimenez, Online Course Producer (C&W + WDIR) does the following:
- Logs into Core to find all online C&W courses starting the next day
- For each result grabs all the student emails
- In Gmail selects a specific template
- Add the Student email addresses
- Generate a Zoom session and populate email
- Populates the template with details about the next C&W online instance
- Sends email
After the C&W Online session
- Downloads CSV from Zoom
- Checks how many people attended from longer than a few minutes to establish attendendance rates
- Downloads the recording from Zoom
- Sends another email to student with recording
- Reminds students to complete survey
Automate the process
- Complex survey sending and check-in automation logic can be removed and replaced
- Paves the way for future manual process automation like Slack invites
- Maya Jimenez can focus on what really matters and save XXXXXXXXXXX MONEY
