"Service" (or "Services") includes, but is not limited to: the Discord Bot, Persistent Nicknames#1571 (1038443411646189690), and its associated services.
We may use stored data, as defined below, for the main function: Re-nicknaming returning members.
No usage of data outside of the mentioned cases will happen and the data is not shared with any third-party service.
We store the following data:
- Discord User ID
- Discord Guild ID
- Discord User/Member Nickname (if applicable)
We may keep stored data inside an internal cache for a certain amount of time.
After this time period, the cached information will be removed and only be re-added when actioned by the end-user.
Data may be removed from cache pre-maturely through actions such as using the delete command to delete all data stored about you in a server, or by contacting us (preferred way incase you wish to delete all your cached data).
Manual removal of stored data can be requested through email at legal@cstudios.gay
For security reasons, we will ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the account that you wish the data to be removed from.
Manual removal of Data can only be requested by the account owner.
If our Services are still used after the data removal, the corresponding service will re-add the data to our database and another removal request will be required.
A copy of the stored data can be requested through email at legal@cstudios.gay
For security reasons, we will ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the account that you wish the data to be copied and sent to you from.
