One teammate should copy and paste the raw markdown into a gist of your own.

Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:

  • What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches? Splitting into even parts the project, maintaining open communication, ensure the dynamic of a team project.

  • How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others? Verbal/digital communication with a nearly always open line.

  • How would you describe your work style? Dedicated/Power through prject.

  • What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other? Our comfortablility level with different languages compliment each other. So we can support each other in our struggles.

  • What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects? Formating could use more attention.

  • How will we set direction and make decisions as a team? Open communication, sitting down regularly and disucssing forward objectives.

  • What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work? All three are equally important, and we can compramise as the situation dictates.

  • What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences? Were both evening people, who can stay late when needed.

  • What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback? Just keep open communication, understand other person may not be aware of your expectations. Were both making a concious effort to keep communication open, and provide feedback when needed.

  • What do you identify as being your biggest strength(s) technically? Where do you feel you could use improvement in your technical skills? How can our team help support you in improving these skills? We both bring out own understanding of the languages, however its still early in our journey. We will make an effot to pas along any knowledge the other team member may not have.

  • How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project? Be willing to take time to dedicate to understanding the issue, speaking up that there is infact an issue. Share mentor resources.

  • How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group? Start by understanding were both new to this. Start by shooting to master the basics, before we start trying to implement higer rubric scores.

  • How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them? Take time to celebrate the small wins that were both going to have. Communicate when a small win happens. Any additional questions that you would like to add:
