Deployable via Mist or any other method you prefer. I recommend testing this on Morden testnet, or a privatechain, as it will cost you about $2.00 to deploy this code with ether in gas costs, but you can deploy it on live if you don't mind the gas cost.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1 - Check the constants at line 372, and change them to your liking, they are currently set for a VERY quick DAO, operating within minutes.
2 - Initially you must deploy the DAO_Creator contract. Once it's deployed, copy and paste the address.
3 - When deploying the DAO contract, you will have a bunch of parameters to input in Mist, before deploying it.
_curator: Your own address in most cases, or a multi-sig contract/wallet if you wanna be fully legitimate.
_dao creator: Put the address of the DAO_Creator contract deployed in step 2.
_proposal deposit: Minimum amount in wei someone needs to include in a proposal as deposit.
_min tokens to create: self-explanatory?
_closing time: when the DAO sale closes in unix time, use this site http://www.unixtimestamp.com/index.php to choose an appropriate future time, I usually choose a time 10 minutes ahead of now.
_private creation: If you don't want anyone else to be able to purchase tokens, put your address here, I don't recommend this though.

  1. Your v1.1 DAO is up and running, see if you find any bugs and report them. The new features are a split grace period when a proposal passes, allowing you to set up a regular split, and be able to exit before the proposal executes, and also the solo split option to mitigate a stalker attack.
