# Setting up Outlook for Mac
### Step 1: Fully uninstall Office 2016 (if you already have it installed)
[This guide](https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-Office-2016-for-Mac-eefa1199-5b58-43af-8a3d-b73dc1a8cae3?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US) is pretty thorough and helpful.
### Step 2: Reinstall Office 2016
There should be a link in the top right of your [Office Online apps page](https://www.office.com/1/?auth=2&home=1&from=PortalLanding&client-request-id=6d88289a-e36d-4ef7-b776-70ff07b05ca0) to download office.
The page should look something like this:
<img width="800" alt="screen shot 2017-06-08 at 12 40 07 am" src="https://ghe-us.microsoft.com/storage/user/211/files/d76fc7aa-6bb5-11e7-843b-9d1ec538ba15">
If that doesn't work, I downloaded the .dmg and am sharing it on my OneDrive. Feel free to download from here:

### Step 3: Update to the most recent dogfood build
Once you open up Outlook and activate it with your MSFT adress, go to the menu: `Help` > `Check For Updates`.
A dialog window will popup and make sure that Get newest pre-release updates (`Microsoft only`) is checked. I also recommend that you select the `Manually Check` option since sometimes these dogfood builds can be pretty unstable.
Going through this update flow should get you the latest dogfood version (which gets release every day)
### Step 4: Leave feedback
Either through the feedback group `Outlook for Mac Feedback & Comms` or directly emailing usegroupsmacoutlookfeedback@service.microsoft.com
