- Short-Flash - (If you want to get someone's attention).\n
- Long-Flash - (If you REALLY want to get someone's attention).\n
- Circadian - (For the rest of the house at night, & to get everyone in sync @ night with you).\n
- Adaptive - (This works really well with a bed/sleep input_boolean &or A Lux Sensor).\n
- Red&Blue - (works great in conjunction with Alarm Panel Automations).\n
- Wake-Up - (A light.turn_on wake up service call).\n
- Random - (A Sorely missed replacement to the light effect).\n
- Custom - (Used for applying custom colour effects, it only has the Transition effect).\n
- Themed - (Theme different rooms, with different colours; with a change every so often).\n
- Aurora - (My Aurora-Australis that I wanted, when I first started this project).\n
- Toggle - (be careful with this Profile, if your lights aren't designed to toggle rapidly).\n
- None - (Utilise this when using scenes & if you need to disable the light.turn_on Service Call).\n
- '.' - (If you want the script to do nothing).\n\n
\ - A [PREREQUISITE] of an input_select { Dropdown } with the desired above Profile/s (words) added is required { recommend one for each instance of this Automation }. \n
\ - A [OPTIONAL] sensor, Device_class: illuminance. Is Available for activating the Adaptive Bright Profile.\n
\ - A [OPTIONAL] input_boolean { Toggle } is Available for Adaptive Profile Night-Light to work { recommend just the one, that will do }.\n
\ - I'm assuming you already have some Lights that you wanted to add.\n\n
Go to Settings > Devices & Services > Helpers > Create Helper > { Dropdown } &or { Toggle }.\n
Replace 'Another' in the name of this script with the name of room/area/device/entity ( E.g. Office ) light/s, this script is intended to turn on & off [for convenience].\n
Designed to be used with A Automation-Script, & that decides IF & WHEN too turn the Light/s On (by calling this script) & Off (by any means you see fit).\n
This Blueprint is Inspired & Written in loving annoyance to having to set up my mother; I.e. Robyn's system on her birthday the 8th of Oct, and in the hope she will be inspired to learn how to do it for her self (As she is an old school coder, [& still wickedly coding] who always saying she loves programming) & so should U!\n
P.S. This version is essentially the same as the [HAssNic's] version, except it is set as Mode: parallel vs restart, if you don't understand the difference, use the [Lone-Wolf] version."
