Yes, I have a magnitude of previous moderation and leadership experience. My most recent interaction with any sorts of moderation/leadership would be my position in Bumble as I am currently a staff member for one of the guilds. I also have plenty of past experience from being staff on UHC servers and a semi known server named Legacy UHC. During my time in these moderation positions, I have learned to manage groups of people as well and uphold the rules while staying in a calm manner. I have been able to hold my position within all of these servers/groups for a long amount of time and to my knowledge have not had any complaints.
During my previous/current positions of staff I have learned a lot of things in regard to leadership as well as being a role model to a community. One of the main things I have learned is that as a moderator/helper you hold a very special position that can make a huge impact on the community. I know that the players of each server look to the staff for guidance and advice, and I would like to consider myself a person of this status, where people are not afraid to talk to me if need be.
I have also learned how to calm people down in heated situations as well as make decisions in tough scenarios.
