What would you do if someone was exceeding the speed limit in front of you? Please give as much information as you can from start to end.

Well i am gonna start out by saying this: I would sit in a hidden spot with my radar, someone goes past me exceeding the speed limit . I saw him and the radar clocked him going above the speeding limit so my next move is just to start driving towards him with lights and sirens to pull him over . If he stops i am gonna pull up behind him and confirm into dispatch that i stopped someone going over the speeding limit. I am gonna go to his driver side windows, say my name and the department i am in and i am gonna ask him why he is such in a hurry because i saw that he was going pretty fast on my radar. I'll see what he says maybe it's a emergency or he just likes driving fast but i am gonna ask for his ID, licence ,proof of insurance and his name. Going back to my car i am gonna search up his name and see if he got some warrants or warnings for speeding or other things. I am going to search his number plate on the car and see if the car is not stolen or the insurance is expired. If he went over the speed limit by 5 km/h i am gonna give him a verbal warning and i am gonna let him go. But if he went let's say 100km/h in a 55 i am going to fine him for those high rates of speed with the citation after that a verbal warning to say that he can't drive that fast in a 55 km/h zone. I am going to let him go but i am after he starts to move i am gonna go in the same direction as him but with 1 or 2 cars behind him just to see if he got the message to not speed anymore, but i am only gonna do that for just 200meters and i am gonna go in another direction.
