How Create New Members Coming from LAWW

Months ago LAWW shared with us a bunch of access codes to use for specific types of members (BH - EAP - BH+EAP). We had used this access code for a while until now, this started (the issue) this Monday, Feb 10th, 2020

In order to explain our current process, I will be addressing the step by step of how the Genoa QA Team does to register a member on the LAWW site

Access Codes

BH

  • kohls, roche, medtronic, ccr, gap

EAP

  • kcc, mattress, zynga, vacasa

BH+EAP-Only

  • optical, monteray, ABB industrial solution

For these examples I used:

  • Kohls (BH)
  • Kcc (EAP)
  • ABB Industrial Solution (BH+EAP)

For a BH Member

For a BH member using the Kohls (Kohls Department Stores) AccessCode/brand

  1. Go to LAWW stage - URL
  2. Click on Register link
  3. Fill out the Personal Information for the new member - Image
  4. Complete the Create Account step - Image
  5. Confirm the email account and do login with the new credentials - Image
  6. Confirm Identity
  7. Select the access code Kohls Department Stores from the dropdown Image
  8. The member is redirected to the home page
  9. Click on the Find a Resource then on the Virtual Visit link from the menu Image
  10. Click on Get Started - Image
  11. Enter the Depression word on the provider’s search - Image
  12. Find Patrick Aleknavicius on the provider’s list and,
  13. Click on the Schedule Appointment link - Image
  14. The member is redirected to the Something went wrong page - Image

For a EAP Member

For a EAP member using the Kcc (Kimberly-Clark) AccessCode/brand

  1. Go to LAWW stage site - URL
  2. Click on Register link
  3. Fill out the Personal Information for the new member - Image
  4. Complete the Create Account step - Image
  5. Confirm the email account and do login with the new credentials - Image
  6. Confirm Identity
  7. Select the access code Kimberly-Clark from the dropdown - Image
  8. The member is redirected to the home page
  9. Click on the Find a Resource then on the Virtual Visit link from the menu - Image
  10. Click on Get Started - Image
  11. Enter the Patrick Aleknavicius physician on the provider’s search - Image
  12. At the first search, the physician is not on the list - Image
  13. I delete all the filters and I changed to Entire USA in order to find Patrick - Image
  14. Click on the Schedule Appointment link
  15. The member is redirected to the Something went wrong page - Image

For EAP+BH Only Member

For a BH+EAP Only member using the ABB industrial solution AccessCode/brand

  1. Go to LAWW - URL
  2. Click on Register link
  3. Fill out the Personal Information for the new member - Image
  4. Complete the Create Account step - Image
  5. Confirm the email account and do login with the new credentials - Image
  6. Confirm Identity
  7. Select the access code ABB Industrial Solutions from the dropdown - Image
  8. The member is redirected to the home page
  9. Click on the Find a Resource then on the Virtual Visit link from the menu - Image
  10. Click on Get Started - Image
  11. Enter the Patrick Aleknavicius physician on the provider’s search - Image
  12. Click on the Schedule Appointment link - Image
  13. The member is redirected to the Something went wrong page - Image
