What is the promise of open source, programmable, money, and why does it matter?
To understand what open source, programmable money is, the concept of the physical money we spend needs to first be understood.
Physical money in itself is valueless, it is just some piece of paper till we assign some form of value to it through a set of
rules that the general public agree upon via the 'Elite'. It is the same with programmable money in my opinion just that, in this situation,
the rules that govern the value of the 'programmable money' is agreed upon by more commoners than usual.
The promise of programmable money is fairly straight-forward; " It is going to be more beneficial for you ". Programmable
money promises to eliminate the middle-man. That guy that helps your online transactions smooth currently but at a price.
Programmable money will fulfil the true purpose of the internet when it was created which is to eliminate the middle-man.
It is very important what programmable money aims to do, it will force ginormous corporations to change the way they
