Niboshi Shoyu Ramen-development-kit

DIY the true Niboshi-shoyu ramen at your home.

本物の煮干醤油ラーメン、2人前があなたのお家で簡単に作れる。

Dependencies

The following ingredients are included within this kit. (for 2 servings)

そのままでも美味しく召し上がれますが、以下のトッピングをおすすめします。

  • 海苔 Nori seaweed
  • 白たまねぎみじん切り Finely chopped white onion
  • 青ネギ輪切り Sliced green onion
  • チャーシュー PorkBBQ

How to build

  1. Throw a Umami-pack in the pot, add (soft) mineral water and put in the frige for overnight. (6+ hours)
  2. Put the pot on the stove, turn the heat, and simmering for 1 hour (Do not reach the boiling point, at VERY LOW HEAT.). Then your broth is ready.
  3. Prepare the boiling water in another pot.
  4. Prepare the 2 bowls, pour the SoySauceBase and NiboshiOil for each bowl.
  5. Pour the (hot) broth to each bowl, stir a bit.
  6. Boil the ThinCrispy noodle for 30-40 seconds. Put the noodle in the strainer, and drain the water very well, then transfer the noodle into the bowl.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  • For the best result, take out the Konbu from pot BEFORE simmering.

作り方

  1. Umami-packを鍋に入れて、ミネラルウォーターを注いで、6時間以上水出しする。
  2. 鍋を火にかけて、沸騰しない温度で極弱火で1時間煮出す。
  3. 麺を茹でる用の鍋に水道水を入れて沸騰させる。
  4. 丼を2つ用意して、それぞれに醤油だれ、煮干油を注ぐ。
  5. Umami-packを鍋から出し、スープをそれぞれの器に注いで軽く混ぜる。
  6. 麺を30-40秒茹でたのち、よく湯切りをしてから器に入れる。
  7. トッピング乗せて完成!
  • 昆布を火にかける前に抜くとより一層美味しく召し上がれます
