Put the file autoexec.cfg in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg or take what you want from it and add to your autoexec config!
Forward dashes in front of a command line denote commands that are optional or that you may not want. Everything else is recommended settings.
This is my CS:GO autoexec config, which may get updated often.
