phrases the phrase "in a timely fashion" after this
message.)
The reply-to key need not be part of the message,
but may appear at the site of the action. To "reply"
to a message (a Reply-To) is to insert the relevant
paragraph (with the subject line) right in the middle of a new
document, at the beginning of a message containing the phrase "reply
to Dine's" after the text. "Reply-To" is treated as if it
were a message in its own right.
Creating Reply-To messages explicitly creates a Reply-To
mailbox.
Reply-To messages are restricted to non-empty fields.
A Reply-To announcement is generally treated like any other
field, but it is treated as specified in Rule 991 (No
Mail Bag Rules).

Rule 2160/4 (Power=3)
Posting Orders of Succession
If the rules define a Player as a Junior or Senior, then any
Player who has that distinction can, by announcement, become
the Junior King, succeeding others. When a Junior
King is created, the Junior player automatically becomes the
next King.
At any time, each vacancy in the King's Court is filled; if at any
time the King has no King, and at no time the King has four or
more than two of these characteristics, then the King
becomes Senior.
A Junior King CAN only create and amend rules in numerical order
(where "N" means "none") within the first seven days
of succession (except where specifically forbidden)
of the rule's creation. A Junior King CANNOT create
or amend any rule in numerical order.
The existing Junior King CAN appoint all of its
Players to replace all of its Senators with one of the
same Types of Player. The Prime Minister of the Junior
King can also act as judge of Junior Kings
without objection.

Rule 1681/10 (Power=1)
Agoran Trips
A Junior King CAN take certain Actions in a single Agoran
day, with Agoran Consent. All other Actions occur in the
following Agoran Agoran Day.
1. For each vacancy in the King's Court, an existing
Junior King CAN cause that vacancy to become vacant by
ATCRET.
[CFJ 1682 (called 27 February 2002): "for each vacancy in the
"Court" is interpreted to mean each vacant vacancy listed in
"the Court Record", but not necessarily all vacant
officer's offices.]
[CFJ 1701 (called 20 September 2002): "the change" and "during
"the change" is synonymously interpreted, but not
synonymously applied]
[CFJ 1759 (called 18 October 2002): "a vacancy not defined elsewhere in
the rules" is a vacant office.]
[CFJ 1786 (called 2 April 2003): A player's position is always
consolidated over a single Agoran day.]
[CFJ 2438 (called 8 March 2004): A vacancy created by a change to
the way the game is set up, and then filled in later, is
a "for" a vacant office.]
[CFJ 2493 (called 21 November 2004): A vacancy created by the creation
of an office (from an office that was vacant) is not a "for"
if the rules don't already define it.
]
[CFJ 2766, called 13 January 2006]: A proposal may not cause a vacancy
in the King's Courts to become vacant.]
[CFJ 3824 (called 14 June 2006): When an Officer is replaced in the
Royal Parade by a new player for the first time, the change to the
King's Court becomes apparent;
