Paul Kinlan's epic gif-maker instructions.md

1. Grab a screen recording using the screenrecord.sh file.
2. Get a tool such as ScreenFlow, drop in a device frame and then drop in the recording. Crop as needed
3. Export to mp4
4. Convert mp4 to gif using GifBrewery

You can grab device art from https://developer.android.com/distribute/tools/promote/device-art.html .
