How to sync your Gold Desktop wallet on Windows

A lot of Windows users are having trouble with finding connections and syncing their wallet to the network. This tutorial will show you how to sync your wallet by adding nodes to your gold configuration file.

  1. Start gold-qt wallet.

  1. Type %appdata% on your windows explorer and hit enter.

  1. You will find a folder called Gold Cryptocurrency, click it.

  1. Download gold.conf and move it to Gold Cryptocurrency folder

  1. Close gold-qt wallet and restart it.

  2. Your wallet now have connections and will download all the blocks left to completely sync with the network.
