- add flags or tents to table with project names or language or ... however people would like to group up and find each other
- add introduction section, each project sharing what they are working on and who is working on what

- publish list of companies planning on presenting and share recording for later.. ;)
- all presenters should include a why are we here (new business, partners, firends ?)
- setup a 3 day sprint for a benchmark competition
- announce outcome of the benchmark competition at FOSS4G
- invite and pay for ? number of team members from the tools that are being benhmarked
- Daniel at MapGears had some good ideas about this and how to bring it back
