    This initially looks like a bad change, but actually isn't

    On Nov 11, 2017, the string was translated in Crowdin from the English
    "Android" to "ប្រព័ន្ធប្រតិបត្តិការ Android"  (basically, "Android Operating
    System". Then onn Jun 03, 2018 it was translated in crowdin back to
    "Android".

    Specifically, the new translation of "Android" was suggested and approved,
    which is distinct from the previous translation being rejected and the
    string defaulting back to english.

    Of course, since our system only compares results, the new _translation_
    "Android" was identified as just being equal to the english string, so the
    old translation preserves.

    These _look_ bad, but they're just a result of hide settings changing in
    crowdin. In all cases, these strings actually would revert back to English,
    but all of these strings are actually hidden in crowdin _and_ are actually
    duplicates with valid translation data, so we wouldn't lose _data_ with this
    change.
