Yes, may have nested in Sass like this:

blockquote, q {
    quotes: none;
    &:before, &:after, {
        content: '';
        content: none;
    }
}

This gives css:

blockquote, q {
       quotes: none;
}
blockquote:before, q:before, 
blockquote:after, q:after {
       content: '';
       content: none;
}

You can remove hgroup selector from the reset, since 16th april 2013 it is no longer part of HTML5 specifications ( http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-admin/2013Apr/0003.html )
