(Syncup happened via Chat this morning due to folks being busy)
News:
- Lo-dash switch over went fast! I think we're fully switched over. More details in this post: http://blog.andyet.com/2015/03/25/amped-down
- https://twitter.com/brakmic/status/585811300682489858 <- great to see folks building with different view layers. This was using Ractive.js
- Luke and Henrik doing workshop at FluentConf: http://fluentconf.com/javascript-html-2015/public/content/native-web-application
Gar:
- My ampersandjs input is that this lodash thing has really given some people a lot more courage to submit PRs and the community feels very lively lately. I want us to be mindful of publicly thanking people and adding them to the community when appropriate (which we are doing but, like, let's keep doing it)
- Form library stuff is really coming together recently
Henrik:
- Built this: https://github.com/henrikjoreteg/hubtags.com
- app built with react, ampersand, webpack, and deployed with surge.sh
- Built https://github.com/henrikjoreteg/ampersand-local-cache-mixin for easily configurable caching of data in localStorage
- Tool for pre-configuring webpack: https://github.com/HenrikJoreteg/hjs-webpack
- Mostly done recording tutorial on how to build hubtags.com app that will be published on learn.humanjavascript.com
- I think we should consider putting alternate view-layers more front-and center on ampersandjs.com. Present ampersand-view as an option instead of the option.
