Ampersand Core Meeting 3/12/2015

Updates

  • WhatsApp is using Ampersand and React in their web app. They saw me tweet about it the official React twitter account retweeted it too. Shortly thereafter I got a nice email some folks from WhatsApp thanking us for Ampersand and asking for an address to send a gift to, so that was fun.

  • We're going to publish a 0.x.x version of ampersand-react-mixin that Henrik and Philip worked on for a test project for review.

  • Luke and Henrik will be doing a workshop at FluentConf building an app with Ampersand and probably a bit of React.

  • Pittsburgh JS did a an Ampersand meetup led by community team member Drew Fyock two nights ago (slides available).

Lo-dash conversion

Folks seem to be waiting for "official" go-ahead. Henrik will try to get this going.

Gar will be publishing these, they're done and ready to go.
