Metro Shuttle (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the Metro Shuttle mobile application for passengers to request and track rides. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect


Account details: Name, email, phone number, and password or sign-in token.
Ride information: Pickup/drop-off locations, route details, timestamps, fare/booking details, and support communications about trips.
Location data: Precise location from your device (with permission) while the app is in use to show nearby shuttles, provide ETAs, and complete trips.
