I'm new with Makefile, how can create new user for postgres
I tired this example and did not work

createuser: @echo "$(OK_COLOR)==> create user$(NO_COLOR)" @psql sdn_list_development @create user sdn_list; @/q @echo "$(OK_COLOR)==> Done$(NO_COLOR)"
