1) First of all we need to open PowerShell to install Flutter

Administrator Priviliges is required, so whenever it asks for permission, click yes

1. Press Win + X to open a menu like this

2. Next Click on Windows Terminal(Admin) to open the Windows Terminal to see PowerShell opened
