Hi everyone! Here’s some quick notes for tomorrow’s birthday party! As we have a number of parents and children coming, we’ve put together some tips. This is the first event we are hosting after our shared pandemic experience, so bear with us as we figure out the best balance of safety and peace of mind for everyone.

* Most importantly, please remain outdoors (front and back) — except for those already pre-arranged to go indoors for baby naps and downtime, and except for going to the restroom. Please do not linger inside, as we want to be conscious of keeping Tracy’s home as clear as possible in light of the continuing pandemic. NOTE: Side yard gate is open for entry to the backyard. Two families with toddlers age 2 and up have designated set up in the front enclosed courtyard with access to open driveway and front garden. Two families will bring sidewalk chalks, playmat,bubbles and play dough to share. and Please keep your eyes on your children to stay away from rose bunches, grown kangaroo paws, tall succulents  and gigantic succulents that are easy to grasp, pull out and step over.
* Tracy’s master bedroom is available only for baby nap/downtime or nursing if necessary. When you arrive, please check in with Tracy as to location and usage. Please bring your own stuff for naps — Tracy’s bed is not nap zone!
* Please bring leakproof changing diaper pads. Bobby and Joy’s diaper pail will be available in the master bathroom for disposal of stinky diapers.
* We will have seating arrangements for everyone. We will be using delicate tableware for most tables, except for those with children that are mobile!
* Hand sanitizers in glass pumps will be available, including Clorox wipes and a can of Lysol
* Tracy’s sons Ethan and Tyler are designated babysitters/helpers. When you arrive, if you would like further support with watching your children, please find them and introduce them to your lovelies. Zenaida will be helping Joy and Bobby with Jade, but she is also available in a pinch.
