Array of the users from the partner organization which should be External Sponsor
.PARAMETER GuestInvitationsEnabled
Array of the users from our organization which should be Internal Sponsor
.PARAMETER ConnectedOrgId
If a connected Org is named, the Guest Access Policy bound to that.
