APFT Pass

c. Met standard

SGT Chase embodies the roll of the Army Values. SGT Chase is always available to help other soldiers and is disciplined in and outside of duty.

d. Presence
* Soldier's physical appearance is always groomed and professional.
* Able to build self after receiving constructive criticism. 
* Soldier struggles to pass a diagnostic APFT required for school. 

e. Intellect
* Brings advanced knowledge of music theory to the MPT.
* Able to provide valuable feedback and positive criticism.
* Provides knowledge out of his required MOS.

f. Leads
* Builds trust by providing any help when required.
* Leads by example within the MPT.
* Always ready to take charge of a task.

g. Develops
* Teaches music theory to other band members in the MPT.
* Brings enthusiasm into the unit in difficult situations. 
* Always thinks of ways to improve younger soldiers.

h. 
* Performs beyond the expected ability of the MPT. 
* Provides an exciting show with his energy and stage presence.
* Maintains a passing record APFT.

Comments
Earlier in the year SGT Chase has had some issues with punctuality and physical fitness. His BLC date was cancelled after he failed to pass a diagnostic APFT. Near the end of the year he improved and has been punctual along with passing his required diagnostic APFT. SGT Chase always maintains a very professional appearance in and out of uniform and projects the military image. During MPT rehersal, he brings valuable knowledge of music theory to the group and improves our performances with his critique and enthusiasm.
