Each of these files are responses to a specific intent, so if you say "ask my boss how I'm doing", that triggers check_in.txt.
If you ask "ask my boss if I can leave early", that will trigger leave_early.txt
If you ask "ask my boss if i can get a raise", that will trigger promotion.txt
