- Wait for peer reviews before merging a PR, ping the group when you send up a PR
- Regular checkins whenever a feature is completed
- Talk through the code if needed, extra set of eyes never hurts
- Don't be a dick, keep feedback actionable
- Review PR's sent up within the hour, don't keep that person waiting too long
- Don't be afraid to call it a night if you're not getting anywhere. Respect when one of us just needs to take a step back.

- Take the time to Read through the Rubric daily to make sure were staying on track with all of the spec sheet's expectations
