we have created a form where pilots are able to request a Leave of Absence. This leave can be up to 30 days and requires pilots to submit a PIREP one week after the last day of their LOA. If you require more than 30 days, please reach out to Namir. This form will be available for pilots to use for any LOA need. Please note, our activity requirement is one PIREP every 30 days. Please use this LOA form as a last resort and do not file an LOA form if you are able to meet these requirements or are planning to do a flight as we will put you "on leave" and you will not be able to file a PIREP.
