I had to modify the script slightly in order to make it work with angular 1.3 (migrated from 1.2 to 1.3). Let me know, if I made something wrong:

Jens, thanks for making this. I recently pushed a fix to my blog post. For line 17, if you put
subName
in the list of declarations, it will ensure that that var is not shadowing global of the same name. Thanks again!
