OVERALL -
What role do you typically play on a team?
It felt like I played the role of lead in this project only because I think Kevin was a little nervous to drive but when I pushed Kevin to do so he did a great job.
What is your approach to working on a team?
We would do a lot of planning together then would divide what we felt would be solid solo work.
Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a colleague and how you resolved it.
I don’t feel like we had any disagreements but I also feel we weren’t as productive as we could have been.
TECHNICAL -
What was a specific technical challenge your group faced? How did you approach this challenge? What went well? What was a struggle?
I think overall we had a problem we each others style of coding. Meaning I felt I stated more true to OOP and Kevin struggled to see the benefits.
REFLECTION -
What is one personal/professional takeaway from this project?
I think I struggled with playing and seeing how it all came together at the beginning make it difficult later on. I’m going to spend a little more time planning out next time.
What is one technical takeaway from this project?
I feel a lot better at working with objects and how info moves around a lot better

Based on these takeaways, what is something you want to focus on for the next project?
Testing and drying up my objects and methods.
