▪️ Contact Us Button

I had first registered and validated an account using fakebradpitt@sharklasers.com. After validating the account, I was brought to the screen below where I need to accept terms & policy. If I hit the Contact us button hovering in the lower right, it brings up a window for me to enter in Name/E-mail and leaving a note. When tapping in these I can't seem to type in anything. I'm able to hit Send where it properly displays the various errors. Something seems to be going on here when attempting to tap in or type anything in these fields. I don't even think they're becoming active in that the taps are doing nothing.

I notice that the Contact Us button works perfectly fine on other screens where I can type in those fields and hit Send. It seems that it's only an issue from where I stated above. I'd also be curious to see if the issue is also happening anytime you gray out the window like that and display an alert in that you might be disabling keyboard there (or something). Or maybe the button shouldn't be there during when these alerts are present.

▪️ Terms of Use

Notice that Privacy Policy has a header (titled Privacy Policy) which lets the user know what they're looking at.

Terms of Use doesn't have the same header.

▪️ Token Expiration

After I validated my account, I had sat on this page for a bit (> 30 min.) When attempting to upload a photo that was a 220x340 picture of Brad Pitt, it gave me the error you see in the screenshot. I'm unsure of how true the error is because I'm able to move on and fill out my name, gender and hit next (with no problem). I was also able to complete registration entirely after this without having to log back in.

▪️ Successfully Created a New Clinic

  • Successfully is misspelled
  • Small suggestion. It might be nicer to display the action items in a bullet point list versus the sentence structure (seen in the screenshot).
    • Add an about section
    • What insurance your clinic accepts

▪️ Adding a Subscription Clinic

A small suggestion. It might be nice to have a visual to know how these various images I'm uploading will be used by the app. As in, which one is displayed to the user when scrolling through the list and which one is displayed when viewing the details of the clinic. I could be wrong about this.

▪️ Insurance

I'm not sure how realistic this suggestion is but it would be nice for the input here to include a drop down menu where I can then select from the list of Plans we have available for the clinic to dive into and then when tapping said plan it opens up that selection window listing the carriers associated with it. Instead of just leaving the user to have to begin typing to see what's available.

▪️ View all roles and permissions

When holding my mouse over the info button to the right of Account Owner, it brings up a new window with what appears to be a button titled "View all roles and permission". I can't drag my mouse over to click that text. The window disappears as soon as a I bring my mouse over to it.

▪️ Adding Availability

I'm unsure of what exactly I need to do here to add availability. I stupidly clicked around thinking I was doing something wrong. I think a fix can be some text signifying the course of action the user can take or instead default to the Appointments Tab. I didn't realize at first I had to select Appointments to then add appointments. It sounds silly (I know) but I had just come from a screen of selecting "Add availabilities" so I didn't think to look around having to tap a diff. tab to then be able to do that.
