Has anyone had any cases where the keys do not work at all? for example, my X, 4 & 6 keys do not work at all?

Hey there everyone.

I have Sennheiser EPOS IMPACT 60 headsets(USB) connected to my Win 11 PC. The volume knob does not increase/decrease/mute the volume when the headsets are connected. It does show volume pop up on the screen but do not do animation too.
The volume however can be controlled via the buttons on the headset itself.

Do anyone has any idea on how to get it working.

Edit: I have already tried all the USB ports.

Anyone found a app for mac?

I ran W11 on a virtual machine (UTM) for the sole purpose of configuring this keyboard. It took me like 20 minutes and was kind of annoying, but it's a one-time setup.

Hope that helps...

Hmm...I could certainly do that (I am already running linux on VMware), but I think i'll save that as a last resort.
