mod 2 - Feedback II Reflection

  • Date of feedback conversation:
    • July 25th 2017
  • How did you prepare for the conversation?
    • Thinking about what each team member had accomplished and where everyone contributed their own individual strengths to the project.

  • How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
    • The conversation was easy to have because the team was really great. I was regretful about not being able to participate and learn more due to some personal responsibilities and a computer problem that stole 3 days of project time from me.

  • What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
    • Not a lot of coaching.
    • Lots of appreciation.

  • Any other comments:
    • Ellen was a great project manager and really kept things moving.
    • Jim did a great job writing tests and catching holes in the code.
    • Jimmy really showed his muscle and dominated a lot of good code early in the game.
