What project management strategies did you use in your projects this module? -Agile most of the time. Working in small iterations allowed for more frequent changes and fixes to be made. It also allowed good time to collaborate and stay focused as a team be regularly communicationg and planning each section of work to be done.
What went well?
- Almost everythin. I was fortunate to work with good people.
What would you do differently next time?
- I can give no reason to at this point. We had excelent work flow.
