Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs Craziness!!!

Recently, I had a chance to install Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs, a lightweight version of Windows XP. It was officially released by Microsoft for computers with older hardware (Wikipedia). However, I ran into some issues while trying to use this operating system. I'm posting this to help others avoid the same headaches.

Installation order

(Important: Please read the Notes section before proceeding.)

1. Install Windows Installer 3.1 (KB893803-v2) (link)
2. Install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (link (full version))
3. Install MUI (optional)
4. Install .NET Framework 3.5 Language Pack (optional)

증상

Windows XP에서 한컴오피스 2014 VP 제품군의 프로그램을 실행하려고 할 경우 프로그램이 시작되지 않습니다.

원인

이 문제는 한컴오피스 2014 VP에서 사용되는 모듈(A3Dll32.dll)이 더 이상 Windows XP와 완전히 호환되지 않기 때문에 발생합니다.

해결 방법

가장 간단한 해결 방법은 한컴 기본 설정에서 실시간 악성 코드 검사 기능을 사용하지 않도록 설정하는 것입니다.
