Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):
- We want more practice with testing and gaining reps with React. Practice with promises and async functions. Use a wireframe tool for the first time.
Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):
- Léah: Communication, flexible, and enjoys pairing.
- Kyle: Understands the nitty gritty, but sometimes struggles with big picture. Needs a little time to prepare for pairing sessions. Enjoys explaining things.
How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:
- Kyle: Can usually power through obstacles but sometimes loses sight of easier solutions.
- Léah: Communicating needs, asking for help, respecting partner's needs.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):
- Kyle: Usually wants to set 5-6pm aside to eat with family.
- Léah: Would like to be done with coding by 6pm (mountain) and can code before class starting around 7/7:30am. Can keep going if needed :)
- No coding Friday nights and Sundays.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):
- GitHub Projects
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
- Open, motivate each other!
