Guy vs Kjell
Wolfs judgement
The biggest problem Bravestarr has in this matchup is his lack of options for feasibly dealing with multiple, deadly attacks. Nightcrawler vs Bravestarr Based on the scans I've seen, I don't see Nightcrawler having any issues with teleporting things into Bravestarr, or teleporting parts of him off. Bravestarr has no conceptual knowledge of who Nightcrawler is, so even being prepared for teleportation is highly unlikely. However, Bravestarr's quickdraw is in fact a good way of dealing with Nightcrawler, and, unless I'm mistaken, would easily one shot him. Kaine vs Bravestarr Bravestarr handling both the piercing that Kaine possesses and the invisibility is unlikely. Ears of the Wolf have not shown the precision to be able to fight a moving, invisible target, in a life or death battle. The visor would not be applicable to invisibility, unless I misunderstand something. Kaine being able to damage Bravestarr wasn't ever contested, and he would likely be able to kill him with an attack, or at least severely injure him and greatly impede his ability to fight.
Basically, I'm of the opinion that, while Nightcrawler could probably be dealt with, Nightcrawler and Kaine at the same time are simply too much to handle, especially with the invisibility that Kaine possesses. An even match with additional factors quickly becomes a loss. Tombstone isn't a relevant factor.
Epi's judgment
The critical factor in this debate is in the combination attack and how BraveStarr will, or will not, be able to deal with it. On paper, this attack strategy appears to be very effective, as Nightcrawler teleporting limbs off effectively bypasses durability, and Kaine's spikes should be capable of doing significant damage. So the thrust of Kjell's win condition is whether or not these 2 can catch BraveStarr by surprise, something aided by Tombstone, a big scary lad who's sure to draw at least some fire.
However, BraveStarr is purported to have methods to deal with both Kaine's invisibility and Nightcrawler's teleportation. In particular, his quick draw speed to counter Nightcrawler, and his senses and visor to counter Kaine. To start with the senses, Kjell effectively argued that the only provided feat showing BraveStarr's enhanced senses is not particularly applicable to this scenario. While Guy says he can do many things, such as hear breathing, footfalls, etc from some distance, he didn't provide feats for any of these. Thus, the only provided feat is one that both sides agree is not applicable. Sure, it's likely he can use it to get a general idea of Kaine's location, but anything more specific will need more specific feats.
As for the visor feats, it appears there's only one useful feat left after all arguments are past. The seeing through walls feat was argued to be inapplicable due to the specific nature of Kaine's invisibility, and the life scan feat didn't display any indication that it did anything of the sort. The movement tracking is the only one that will be useful, then, as it does appear to show some trail on the floor. The feat is similarly vague to the life scan one, though, as those don't look like any sort of tracks I've ever seen, but it does show tracks. Hence, were it a 1v1 between Kaine and BraveStarr, this would be an ideal counter. BraveStarr's quickdraws are the main counter to Nightcrawler's teleportation, and they are a bit weaker compared to the argument against Kaine. Critically, this argument relies on Nightcrawler's character rather than BraveStarr's abilities. Given the preponderance of feats, I can at least see that Nightcrawler is wont to teleport in front of his target at least some of the time. However, it is also the case that Nightcrawler teleporting behind him appears to be a quick win for Kjell, whether it be through teleportation aided or just regular decapitation. It is also true that more feats were provided for Nightcrawler attacking from behind rather than in front, and one of the feats of attacking from the front was for a character who's power is that she's really lucky. So, I think it's more likely that Nightcrawler will attack from behind. Kjell also provides an argument that, because of this luck, it's possible she already had the gun out. I think, given that the quickdraw feat for BraveStarr is quite good, he'd be able to make do, especially if he's already trying to shoot someone, however it is a potential wrench in the works. Critically, BraveStarr lacks effective multitasking feats. While Guy did argue that Kjell's team will come in waves - Nightcrawler first, then the other 2 get sniped - Kjell provided not only a feat for Nightcrawler teleporting team members into close range, but also argued that Tombstone will be the first to get shot at, albeit using the slightly weaker positioning argument compared to the previous time Tombstone's use as a distraction was brought up. Most importantly, Nightcrawler striking while BraveStarr is occupied either attacking Tombstone or detecting Kaine makes for a quick win, as BraveStarr is effectively distracted and his counter to Nightcrawler is, in effect, his reaction time. While it is true that he'll likely be aware that Nightcrawler can teleport and that will help, this doesn't mean that it's not an effective move nonetheless, especially against a distracted opponent.
Ken's judgment In my opinion I think GuyofEvil won this match handedly, The argument that the Sandwich comes in parts is an effetive one, and with the miriad of other abilities that bravestarr has, including his quick draw. I think this match goes to Guy
Kjell wins 2-1
Kirbin vs Ame
OOT Judgments
Coco
Epi's judgment
Coco is out of tier due to a combination of instant win projectiles and touch. While there was sufficient doubt cast onto Ame's calc of the crater feat, the fact that Coco's only loss condition relies on him being hit by Iron Fist in melee range while he has ways to dispatch IF both inside and outside melee is the problem. Specifically, the projectiles may be easy to dodge from far away, as per the "their weakness is they're slow" argument, the closer Iron Fist gets, the greater the chance they'll hit and give Coco an instant win. Additionally, in melee, a touch to Iron Fists's skin is all it takes to kill him while the poison membrane is up, and the loss situation becomes far less likely. If Coco was without his projectiles and it was only a question of whether Iron Fist landed a punch before Coco touched him, then he'd be in tier, but combine with the options given by the projectiles and he's out.
Ken's judgment
Coco's poison is much too strong for this tier, being able to take down a Kilometer tall mammoth with a little bit of poison is hugely OOT commbine this with Poison bullets and his Poison Membrane and its all too much for Iron Fist
Wolf's judgement Coco has been voted out of tier.
Batman OOT
Epi's judgment
Batman is handily out of tier based primarily on a combination of a speed boost, extreme skill, and many different ways of doing considerable damage to Iron Fist. Had he been argued to be a glass cannon for the tier with many specific counters to things but that dies easily in close combat, then perhaps, but as it is the speed boost means he's likely to last a considerable time, and all the methods he has to do damage or incap mean he's significantly more likely to win both inside close combat and outside.
Wolf's judgment
Batman is out of tier due to the versatility he presents in addition to, specifically, his speed. Batman has a large array of lethal/near-lethal gadgets and weapons, and being a glass cannon is (almost) irrelevant due to the massive speed that is being presented for the randori stone - a normal human being faster than Batman is at minimum a a boost several times over for movement speed. The arguments that apply to Batman vs Hela also largely apply to Iron Fist, especially the argument for throwing 8 batarangs at once.
Kens judgment Batman is Out of Tier, based on his many gadgets and his meme tier skill. The Glass cannon argument is almost negated entirely by his speed boost. I see no possibility for Iron Fist to win agaisnt an opponent that is better in almost every way.
Engineer OOT
Epi's Judgment
The Engineer is out of tier because of the way we're handling bullets for the tiersetter. The damage they do is far and above the small arms Iron Fist has feats against, and the sheer quantity of them from multiple bodies, each with the possibility for multiple guns, and the capability to keep distance with the space suit is too much.
Ken's judgment
The engineer is too good for this tier, especially with his multiple bodies with multiple guns. The ability to keep his Distance is also a very good ability combined with the other abilities I think the Engineer is OOT.
Wolfs judgment
Regardless of Engineer being OOT, Luffy's piercing resist is better than the durability we've giving Ironfist. Luffy holds superior physicals, resistance to piercing, and an absurd resistance to heat. While Luffy may not have direct feats versus bullets, I am fairly certain anything with the durability Luffy has shown (especially in regards to tanking an attack that shattered iron) is not going to be pierced by bullets that are supposed to be at least comparable to something like a 9mm. With bullets out of the way, Luffy's ability to take her attacks and ability to damage her should give a majority win.
