1. Have you already reviewed our troubleshooting content here? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/appcenter/test-cloud/troubleshooting/. If so, please give us a short summary of what you've already tried and your observations. 
2. What test framework and version are you using? Framework support & requirements are documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/appcenter/test-cloud/frameworks/
3. Do the tests work locally? If so, please tell us the model, OS version, and whether it's a real device or an emulator/simulator. 
**If Failure during the Test upload** please share your upload command and attach log output. 
**If failure in App Center Test** please share a link to the failing step(s) in the test run. If it worked previously or intermittently then please share those too.

We can rerun tests you share with us in App Center if the test runs are less than ~1 month old. These reruns don't use your testing time or show up in your account, they allow us to very quickly diagnose some issues, but if you delete the original run it will also delete associated reruns. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this.

As we discussed earlier there could be the point 4 which looks like:

In the whole, I don't think it's wordy and I don't see any necessity to make it shorter.
