fastlane sticker distribution [closed]

To send you a fastlane and a spaceship sticker, I basically only need your address, please send it to me in the following format:

Full Name: [value]
Street and Number: [value]
City: [value]
ZIP Code: [value]
Country: [value]

[Preferred Size, add multiple sizes if you want :)]

[any additional information below]

I'll soon also have round fastlane and spaceship logos (only the logo, without the text) and a larger fastlane logo. Please let me know what size you'd prefer:

• Big (a bit bigger than the stickers shown on the picture)
• Medium (see the picture above)
• Small (only the logo, no text, round)
