This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of Luigi (the "Software"), an internal operations agent owned and operated by Trevor Yahn ("Owner") for the benefit of GPJ Enterprises and its affiliates.
Owner grants to authorized employees, contractors, and agents of GPJ Enterprises (each, a "User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes related to GPJ Enterprises operations.
