A: No. I mean, I openly discuss the product with my team and make my observations and comments. But not like it's my responsability.
A: Jr to Mid level. I am capable of create my own stuff but I do need to improve more on technical stuff like architecture and designs system. Understand more about Redis and Kafka is one of my to-do.

A: Jr or Mid, maybe. I am able to do a lot with frontend and have already created an exercise on relay workshop as well.
A: Same as above. I never focused on one of them, always worked as a Fullstack.
A: I do have. Data modelling is the most important part of a business and if I don't know the data of the company that I'm working, that's a red flag. Already have made improvements to existing models on companies and also helped with the architecture. Have once sat with a CTO of a Startup and helped him model and architecture the data necessary for the MVP of the Product.
A: Yes, I do. But i can improve a lot more on this.
A: Never write any RFC(it's in the roadmap). But Documentation I do have xp.

A: I do have a few projects on GH, but as far as I remember I have some contributions on openPix repo as well.
A: Yes, already made the code challenge in the past and also worked with @daniloab_ in the MVP of FINN using the Woovi Stack.

A: Culture. The products that you are developing are amazing by itself, but without the culture I think it would be a lot different. I love the articles, especially the ones about DX.
A: The ones that are not live yet. I want to be part from the foundation of a new product and learn more about it. Was on AutoCom and learned more about QueroPix which is just incredible, the products are amazing. Don't know which one would I chose. Actually I really wanna learn more about subscriptions and credit on top of Pix.

A: I wanna contribute not just with code. But i do think that working on products that you believe and can benefit from are a lot better. So I would be able to contribute as if I was a customer, understanding the product vision and its roadmap.
