Hello, I am Leon,
a student at the Technical University of Munich and a passionate developer. An enthusiasm I first discovered when I started developing Unity games with C# at the age of 12. From there, I moved on and taught myself Java to develop Minecraft modifications. Since then, I've had a never-ending desire to learn more.
By now, I have programmed apps in Java and Dart, spent lots of time exploring front-end web development with vanilla JS, jQuery, and React, and preformed extensive data analysis in Python. On the backend, I have been using Node.js and PHP, as well as Firebase for various small projects.
I've found that creating solutions that have a substantial positive impact on end-users to be the most fulfilling. That's why now, I focus on putting the autonomy of users first when creating privacy centred, humane, and ethical applications.
Outside of university, I contribute to open source projects on GitHub, whilst still trying to find time to meditate, do yoga, and engage in voluntary and advocacy work.
Naturally, there is still so much more to learn, so much more I look forward to exploring in the future. Thus, if you have any project ideas or would like to get in touch, I am always glad to get to know more people.
