  1. How did you and your group approach project management in this project (what tools did you use, how did you hold each other accountable, etc.)?

What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

  • Empathy has affects many aspects of my life. At work I try to connect to my coworkers so I can understand them better. The more I know the more I can adjust how I interact with them. Honestly, I would rather enjoy my time with friends at a job and have work just be the by-product of being able to get along with them so well. Empathy also is important in my personal life. I have a close connection with my girlfriend who will be helping me through school. Understanding when she is worried or stressed is important to me.

How does empathy help you build better software?

  • When making a program it is important to understand who will be using it and how they feel about it. In addition it's important to understand that you may not be including certain groups or cultures in your planning when creating something. Having the ability to step back and experience your creation from a very different perspective can help catch glari

What is your greatest strength and how do you know?

  • I believe my greatest strength is my Curiosity. My curiosity has lead me down a lot of roads and introduced me to so many unexpected things. The reason I believe it is my greatest strength is because it lead me through the most difficult parts of my life. Even when I was struggling I always had a passion to continue to learn or understand things. Sometimes it's simple like a long discussion with a stranger just to understand a different perspective on life. Other times it's large in scope with age old questions like "Why do I exist?", "What is meaning?" and "Why do I think the way I do?". In the end I am constantly asking "why?". Without my curiosity i would not be where or who I am.

How do you work best?

  • I work best when I have a clear goal but a somewhat undefined way to achieve it. Usually I like
