The way i checked if it's safe by user @Baseult is i checked his profile, how long he's been registered here, if he has a following, he also has a youtube and other accounts with subscribers, he's been contributing since 2018.
It's hard to trust stuff online but i think this is a good way to do due dilligence before downloading a cracked program.
