Don't download any .exe [MALWARE]
Hi again guys ^^ I've done a .dll for the last version of NetLimiter (5.3.14.0)
- Download it from here
- Open a CMD as Admin and paste
taskkill /f /im NLClientApp.exeandnet stop nlsvc- Move the .dll to
C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiterand rename it toNetLimiter.dll- paste on the CMD
net start nlsvc- Enjoy!

You know that a dll is not safer than any exe if you're talking about "Malware" since both are compiled binary files which can do exactly the same things...
So you just contradicted yourself with that statement.
To add to your comment to "don't download any exe files because of malware", also don't download any dll files since they can similarly contain malware.
Therefore If you want to be safe, use source code projects and compile them yourself (you can check out my GitHub).
I didn't come here to argue with anyone... I just came to help (again) by leaving the file I created for my copy of the software.
Sorry if you feel attacked, I literally copied and pasted my previous comment and modified the links.
If anyone still has any doubts about my .dll file, you can compare how much the original and my .dll file weighs to verify that it doesn't contain much, is easier than verifying all the code of an .exe file :P

just tested version 5.3.16.0, all previous netlimiter.dll still working just fine
