Please describe the current vision you have for your career. What are the values that will drive your job search? What are your goals for your job search? What kind of role do you see yourself pursuing in your job search?

I have filted around from job to job for the whole of my professional life. I am looking to change this by finding a secure and rewarding job that I can make into my career. I would love to find a place that in inclusive, inovated, creative, challenging and overall a job to be a part of. My goals for begining down this path is doing more research on what is out there in terms of companies and industries and begning the process of putting myself out there to be seen where I want to be. ### What is a "framework?" And how does it differ from a "library?"
While both a framework and a library are bound by sets of rules a framework has more and harder set rules than a library. A frameowork will most likely include predefined classes and functions that can be used to process input, manage hardware devices, and interact with system software. An additonal difference between the two is that a library, being a selection of codes that are packed together for repeated use, is called upon directly by a user whenever they want. Whereas in a framework, the framework is calling to the users code.
### Why should we consider using a framework over vanilla JS like you have been doing in mods 1 and 2?
First and foremost, using a framework helps streamline the development process as a whole. It makes it so that we, as programmers, don't need to 'reinvent the wheel' each time we build out a new application. Another huge reason for this switch is frameworks, like React, takes the pain and complication of ke

What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

Empathy has always been a huge part of who I am as a person. I always try to seek out understanding and compassion when with friends or strangers alike and strive to help them in any way I can. I believe this deep seeded sense of empathy I carry comes from being lost myself. Knowing how low the lows can get, or how mental and physical contstraints affect ones life, makes me want to better understand those around me and aid in their own progress. This has helped me by allowing me to create a better sense of responibility in general as well as a wealth of knowledge when it comes to what people want, need and simply are.

How does empathy help you build better software?

Allowing ourselves to walk a mile in the shoes of the people who'll be using our products opens us up to being better desiners as a whole. By studying users and their behaviors, needs and struggles, all in context, opens up many more channels for opportunities in

What is your greatest strength and how do you know?

When I think of my greatest strength the attribute that really resonates is my want to help and care for others. This empathy for those around me has never faltered, especially for those who struggle to find their footing or place in this world. I am the type of person that turns around to go buy groceries for the homeless couple and their dog on the street corner. The person that seeks to keep their friends and strangers alike safe when they are at their darkest. This the ability to understand and share the feelings of another has not only brought me closer to those around me but has allowed me to have a better understanding of people as a whole. I am able to communicate, interact, create and build with people in a way that most people may not be able to, and for that I truely believe this is my greatest strength.

How do you work best?

The way I have found myself working best is in a way a combination of styles. For one, when working together in
