Ready

  • Tick the Ready box in the bottom right (above the Enter Race button) or type .ready in the chat

once everybody is Ready, a 10 second countdown timer will start

if you're using Livesplit to join the races, you won't be required to manually start your splits;

  • when the countdown timer finishes, your splits should automatically start
  • when you split on your final split, you should automatically finish the race (if this doesn't happen, make sure to type .done in the chat!)

Comparisons

You should be able to compare to the other players in the race either using your Switch Comparison hotkey, or right-clicking on your splits and change Compare Against

Keep in mind, the comparisons work based off of split names, not based off of the split locations so;

  • if your first split is named Level 1, but your opponents split is named Stupid Level then your comparisons will simply show up as -
  • if you use Sub-Splits, but your opponent uses normal splits, then you cannot compare to each other since the names would be different ex. Level 1 vs -Level 1
  • if you and your opponent have a different amount of splits, but still have names in common, then this shouldn't cause an issue ex. you have Level 1, sub-Level 1, Level 2 your opponent has Level 1, Level 2 ; For you, it will show - for your sub-Level 1 split, but the other 2 splits should work as intended.
