You can ask support question as long as you are supported. If you are not support, you can extend support or pay as you ask.
If we request some private data, you can add private reply with details. Never share private data publicly. All questions will be public but there is option to add private reply to questions.
Any question related to modifications should be asked in ticket as we can't help with modification for free.
Everyone can report bugs but please make sure you have tested it on live demo and mention step to reproduce/replicate.
Any supported user can request features and we will try to add them in future release, minimum votes required.
Ticket are for any help with modifications or server checking request. The installation and update requests should be posted with ticket. You should purchase credit first before opening ticket. The charges are as following
- Help with file path @ UD$5 per ticket that takes less then 10 minute
- Help with code snippet @ UD$5 per ticket that takes less then 10 minute
- Check server/installation for me @ UD$10 per ticket can't fix server but will point the issue so that you can resolve with your server admin/host
- New installation request @ UD$20 per ticket and this can only be created if you have account balance of $20 or more
- Update installation request @ UD$20 per ticket and this can only be created if you have account balance of $20 or more
Support that have ticket option should be able to open ticket of first 3 types. The install/update request can only be paid with balance. You can purchase credit balance before opening ticket
